Tanya is a Managing Director and Chief Customer Officer at Citi Australia, with over 20 years’ financial services experience. A business and marketing leader driven to deliver customer transformation and sustainable growth. Strong track record in building products and brands; developing exceptional value propositions, forming strategic partnerships and promoting digital and data capabilities that result in better client outcomes. Experience across deposits, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, insurance and investments.

At Citi, Tanya draws on Citi’s global footprint, data insights and innovations to deliver remarkable experiences for Citi’s customers, such as championing Citi’s award winning Dining Program, enhancing digital solutions like biometrics, chat and bot innovation and leveraging APIs to deepening the bank’s strategic partnerships.

Tanya began her career in 1998 and has an Economics degree from ANU and a Masters in Commerce, specialising in Marketing, from UNSW.
