Ross is a Director of Business Value Services & Strategy based out of Sydney. He is part of the team focused on Financial Services and specifically focuses on the business value that can be realised through partnership with Salesforce and the extended ecosystem. Ross is a strong proponent of the belief that business is the greatest platform for change and co-leads the Salesforce Equality group WINDforce (Worldwide Indigenous Network of Diversity) and is an active ally, champion and mentor of AIME Mentoring.
He has a background in financial services, tech scale ups and management consulting. Prior to Salesforce he was in the Office of the CEO and Labs team at IAG leading new partnerships, ways of working and evolving the business model.
For customers, Ross’ work results in transformational change and growth in technology, data, digital products, sales revenue, cost reduction and business model transformation. Ross has worked with many leading brands across Asia Pacific, helping them to enhance and rebuild their product value, technology superiority and brand equity.
