Paul heads the Asia-Pacific offices of Alpha Development – a specialist financial services, fintech & insurance training firm. Paul has worked through a number of ‘eras’ in the banking industry, and today focuses on early-careers development (Interns, Analysts & Associates), implementing change & culture programmes, and helping bankers and other client-facing roles to better integrate technology into their client relationships.
