Jonathan Mansley is Head of Data, Analytics and Insight where he manages and develops Aviva’s UK single marketing customer base which holds over 11 million UK customers. His team is responsible for delivery of Aviva’s B2C direct marketing activity which incorporates over 30 million contacts a year. He has created a high delivery analytics function, support Aviva’s ambition in digital servicing of its core products. He leads the UK data strategy across the group and is ultimately responsible for Customer data within Aviva. Jonathan has held a number of key roles at Aviva across marketing and business strategy.
Prior to his fifteen years with Aviva, Jonathan was at MBNA now Bank of America where he held various direct marketing roles in their credit card business.
Jonathan is a career marketer with over 20 years experience in financial services marketing across banking, personal lending, insurance, investment and protection products, both direct to consumer and business to business. Jonathan has over fifteen years experience of data marketing, with a more recent focus on non-SQL databases and unstructured data.
