James Carey was appointed Head of Group Insurance in June 2018, with responsibility for Group Product, Pricing and Reinsurance activities as well as leading the Regulatory and Government Affairs portfolio for the business. James joined MetLife in Australia as Head of Reinsurance and Regulatory Affairs in May 2016. James has over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector including senior roles in distribution, product and marketing specifically within the life insurance industry.
