Ben Wong is the Head of Digital Distribution Asia, at Sun Life Financial Asia.
At Sun Life, he is responsible in strategic management for Southeast Asia countries to adopt digital solution in sales and services journey. He is also a key member in supporting and empowering digital distribution to boost e-sales and customer experience with in-depth data analytics development.
Prior to joining Sun Life, he was working for HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, where he managed the GI, Protection and Life Product performance for the top 20 markets, implemented the group standards and policies to align with business strategies and developed customer value strategy.
Ben has over 10 years of experience in the industry including 5 years in Asia regional role with leadership of projects throughout China, Taiwan, Singapore, London and Geneva.
