Executive Vice President / Head of Wealth Products and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Siam Commercial Bank

Salisa Hanpanich is currently the Division Head of Wealth Products and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Siam Commercial Bank. Prior to her current role, she was the Head of Channel Strategic Planning and Branch Transformation for the bank.

Prior to joining SCB, Salisa has 5 years experience as Head of Strategic Marketing and Branding for Bank of Ayudhya (Krungsri Group) with success in leading the development and implentation of new brand positioning and strategy, “Krungsri...Make Life Simple", which resulted in significant uplift of the brand image and brand preference within 1 year of the campaign.

During 2012-2013, Salisa led the development and launch of two new deposit Big Bang campaigns, which resulted in a record breaking of new deposit volume in 2 months; developed and implemented new customer experience called “Simple Queue” by getting rid of the traditional form fulfillment process at the branch - this improved productivity by almost 100% & it improved NPS; developed and implemented new account opennings using only ID card ("Swipe & Sign"), developed and launched event trigger marketing for credit card biz - 1st time in GE Money globally; implemented service to sales concept for 400 service agents in GE Money Thailand.
