Frank currently holds the role of Customer Success Executive with Sandstone Technology. He joined Sandstone as GM of Online Services in February 2004 and has held several leadership and pivotal roles during his tenure at Sandstone.

With over 25 years of Advisory, Product Development, Customer Solutions, CX and professional services experience in financial services in Sydney, London and New York markets, Frank worked in senior customer facing roles with IBM and American Express, prior to Sandstone Technology.

Frank is passionate about driving the ‘Wow experience’ for banks and consumers.
