Conference delegate transfers of registration & cancellations

• Should registered delegates (fees paid) be unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, FINANCIAL SERVICES TECHNOLOGY permits a substitute colleague to take their place.
• Cancellations received two weeks prior to the conference will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee.
• No refund will be made should the cancellation be made (in writing or verbally) less that 7 days prior to the conference.
  

Terms and conditions
Any cancellation 21+ days prior to the conference fees will be refunded less a $125.00 administration fee. Any cancellation less than 21 days a refund of 30% of the delegate fee would be refunded.
